responsibilities Assist the Head Concierge in overseeing the daily operations Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure service excellence Welcome guests warmly and professionally, assisting them with inquiries, reservations, transportation, and other needs Maintain an in-depth knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, and events Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Requirements At least 2 years of experience in the same role in luxury hotels

- Fluent in Italian and English. A third Language is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Good communication skills.
