Amazon is seeking an Area Manager for its Fulfilment operation in Italy. You will lead a team to keep the site safe, efficient and high quality, driving productivity across projects.
You'll analyse performance, implement improvements, collaborate with leadership, and mentor new managers while upholding the Logistics collective agreements and local requirements. A degree and people-management experience are required.
