To lead our Front Office, we are looking for a warm, confident, and inspiring Reception Manager (m/f/d) who, together with the team, embodies our philosophy of genuine, personalized hospitality. Your Tasks * Managing all operational processes in the front office * Organizing daily operations at the front desk * Team leadership * Warmly welcoming guests upon check-in and check-out * Guest support and communication * Quality assurance and quality control * Complaint management * Monitoring the preparation and updating of various programs/lists * Smooth communication and collaboration with various departments * Training of new employees Your Profile * Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry * Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hospitality industry * Very good knowledge of English, Italian, and German * ASA-J certification is a plus * Computer and IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
