Reporting to our Europe Operations Director, you will be the General Manager for our Skid manufacturing site in Bologna. You will be responsible for local Quality, HSE, Procurement, Manufacturing and finance teams. As Europe skids Operations leader, you will also have Operational direct reporting line for our skid manufacturing sites in France. Accountable for running our daily operations for skids delivery, you will be responsible for the sites P&L; and work on improving our Operational results to optimize our Natural Gas profitability, support the market transition to Hydrogen and Biogas and increase our European skid market penetration. **IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**: - Own Monthly operational results for our Natural gas skids manufacturing sites in Bologna and in France to ensure financial and customer commitments are met and exceeded (Sales, On Time Delivery, Inventory, profitability )
- Drive Operations excellence between sites to coordinate Natural gas skid’s delivery and profitability across sites
- Be an agent of Change to lead our Skid Center of Excellence, develop operational market differentiators in our traditional Natural gas market and the growing biogas and hydrogen markets
- Identify and coordinate the actions on all the sites under your responsibilities to drive our Green Emissions Reductions targets; **FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**: - Operational or business master’s degree or an equivalent education
- Financial Savvy is expected




- Minimum 10 years of successful experience in a plant or business management responsibility in an international environment.
- Experience on driving Operations continuous improvement programs and strategic thinking will be essential.
- Experience with People development is important for the role
- Eye for business and Strong proven ability to train, communicate, grow your organization is essential
