**Role: Freelance Event Project Manager (Rome based)** **Start date: ASAP** FinEvents is an international Financial Events Agency specialised in hybrid, virtual and in-person Financial Events. Our services are catered to Private Equity and Venture Capital firms and capture the interest of a worldwide audience. **Responsibilities**:
We are managing the upcoming Annual General Meeting of a Private equity client in Rome on 17th-19th April and are looking for a Freelance Event Manager to be on site to help with the execution of the event. You can count 4-5 hours of work for the preparation and 3 days for the event.

Approximately 60 investors wil be on site. The meeting will be recorded as a replay for people who will not be able to attend. **Requirements**: - Have a freelance worker/self-employed status
- Have a solid experience in Event Management (min 8 years)
- Be fluent in English and native-level Italian
- Be based in the Rome region (max within 1h of travelling)
- Have strong attention to details and impeccable presentation
