- Hands-on experience in a BDR or similar outbound role in a B2B SaaS start-up or scale-up - you know what it means to hustle smart
- A natural connector - you build trust quickly, listen well and know how to have conversations that actually go somewhere
- Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish or another language is a plus!), with the confidence to represent Saga in rooms that matter
- CRM fluency (premio points for HubSpot) and the discipline to keep your pipeline clean and your insights sharp
- The resilience to hear "not now" and come back stronger - you're curious, adaptable and genuinely energised by a challenge
