**Assistant Boutique Manager Intern** Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests visiting the boutique
- Provide information about products and services
- Ensure the boutique and front desk area are tidy and well organized
- Handle incoming calls, redirect calls, and take messages when necessary
- Receive and distribute letters, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain updated records, files, and inventory documentation
- Support daily boutique operations and guest relations activities **Requirements**: - Familiarity with office equipment and good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
