The role acts as the link between field performance and product evolution, using warranty data, reliability analysis, and customer feedback to improve quality and design.
You will lead 8D investigations, drive root cause analyses, coordinate corrective actions across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers xysqume and service, and contribute to DVT, DFMEA, PFMEA, and control plans while reporting quality metrics.
