Manager Up – SAP Supply Chain - Next Hub Bari

We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager to join the SAP team at Deloitte Next Hub in Bari, working in a Hybrid mode.

Deloitte Consulting's SAP business supports our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, also with the support of new technologies.

You will have the opportunity to use technology and process knowledge to support companies in their digital transformation journeys based on the implementation of SAP solutions. We work on national and international cross-industry projects, collaborating with other Deloitte member firms.

Our team intervenes when it's time to re-imagine business processes, also considering data, customer insights, operations, workforce, and markets.

Your Role

The Manager/Senior Manager will play a strategic role. Leading the team and sharing their know-how, they will be responsible for client relationships,



fostering business development, and taking care of:

- Leading and managing projects, identifying, evaluating, and designing the best architectures and solutions demonstrating operational excellence, vision, and strategic thinking.
- Addressing and solving clients' technological challenges in an innovative and effective way.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen commercial relationships and create business opportunities.
- Participating in cross-functional teams across the Deloitte network, managing high-level and strategic projects, involving the right capabilities to support project delivery and solution implementation.

What We Offer

The expected remuneration for this position ranges from EUR 45,000 to EUR 65,000 gross per year for the Manager grade, and between EUR 70,000 and EUR 75,000 gross per year for the Senior Manager grade.

The classification will be defined during the selection process based on the profile and in accordance with the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Tertiary Distribution and Services).

The definition of specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the position requirements.

Winning Requirements

- Specialist degree in economics or management engineering.




- At least 5 years of experience gained in companies or consulting firms in the implementation or management of SAP solutions within national and international projects.
- Competencies in at least one of the MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, EWM modules.
- Availability for business trips in Italy and abroad.
- Fluent knowledge of the English language.
