ph3RESPONSIBILITIE /h3 pThe Construction Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: /p ul liScout, evaluate and manage construction and general contractors (GCOs), supporting partner mapping, qualification and tendering activities in collaboration with Procurement, Business Development and Techsales teams. /li liLead and coordinate GCO tendering processes, including preparation and management of subcontractor tender packages in line with global and local standards. /li liPrepare, review and validate technical, commercial and contractual documentation, ensuring completeness, quality and timely submission. /li liEstimate construction and installation budgets and support technical and commercial evaluations during bidding phases. /li liIdentify, assess and mitigate construction-related risks during tendering and execution, maintaining updated risk registers and sharing key risks at global level. /li liPrepare technical evaluation analyses, ensuring alignment with customer contracts and minimizing deviations, risks and criticalities. /li liSupport the preparation and negotiation of contracts with GCOs and customers, working closely with Legal, Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure a back-to-back, risk-minimized approach. /li liConduct site visits, site surveys and preliminary construction activities during the tendering phase. /li liDefine construction and installation schedules, integrating contractor inputs and aligning with the overall project master schedule. /li liEnsure a smooth handover from tendering to execution, supporting Project Managers and Site Managers during execution, including claims and variation management. /li liCoordinate remotely with Site Managers during execution and, when required, act as on-site Site Manager within the EMEA region.
