We are looking for a talented and passionate Events Agent to join our Commercial Team and support the planning, coordination and execution of groups and events, contributing to the delivery of exceptional luxury experiences from the initial enquiry through to the successful event delivery.

A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

- Managing events and group enquiries, preparing tailored proposals and following up to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Coordinating all operational aspects of confirmed events and group bookings, ensuring every detail is accurately planned and communicated.
- Preparing contracts, function sheets and event documentation while managing deposits and payments in line with hotel procedures.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, building strong relationships and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
- Liaising closely with Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen and other operational departments to guarantee flawless event execution.




- Organizing and leading internal function meetings to communicate all relevant event information to operational teams.
- Monitoring event timelines, rooming lists, event setups and special requests to ensure smooth operations.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional hotel services and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Supporting the Commercial Team in achieving departmental revenue and quality objectives.
- Reporting to the Groups & Reservations Manager.

About You

- A minimum of two years of proven experience as an Events Agent or in a similar Groups & Events role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- A proactive approach and excellent problem-solving abilities, remaining calm under pressure and finding effective solutions.
- Fluency in Italian and English. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered an advantage.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Events, Groups, Conference & Banqueting or Sales Coordination within the hospitality industry is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

- RAL: €25,000 to €27,000 based on experience
