In 2025, the company signed a 10 MW distributed PV project in Ocre, Abruzzo, which has now reached "Ready to Build" (RTB) status and secured a tariff auction quota from the Italian government. Skyworth Solar has established a local office in Milan and is actively building its presence across the Italian market, supported by a comprehensive portfolio of residential and commercial solar+storage solutions. /p pWe are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Service Engineer to join our after-sales team in Italy. You will provide on-site and remote technical support for our solar PV and energy storage systems across Italy and the wider European region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and system performance. /p h3Technical Service Support /h3 ul liPerform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting,



and repair for solar PV systems and energy storage solutions /li liConduct preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to ensure optimal system performance /li liProvide remote technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and online platforms /li liDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to PV inverters, hybrid inverters, ESS, and balance-of-system components /li /ul h3Customer Training Technical Enablement /h3 ul liDesign and deliver technical training on inverter installation, operation, and maintenance for distributors, installers, and end-users /li liDevelop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, video guides, and FAQs /li liContinuously update training content to reflect new product enhancements and industry best practices /li /ul h3Quality Process Improvement /h3 ul liInvestigate technical failures and recurring faults; conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare detailed technical reports for internal management and customers /li liCollect, analyze, and provide structured feedback on customer issues and product performance to RD and product teams for continuous improvement /li liManage service case records and spare parts inventory,



ensuring proper documentation and traceability /li /ul h3Stakeholder Partner Management /h3 ul liCoordinate with local service partners and EPC contractors to ensure service quality and compliance with local regulations /li liCommunicate regularly with internal sales teams, engineering divisions, and management to support business development and project completion /li /ul h3Qualifications Requirements /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related technical discipline /li liMinimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in technical service, field support, or a similar role within the solar PV, renewable energy, or power electronics industry /li liProven experience in PV inverter repairs, commissioning, and system integration /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong technical understanding of solar PV systems, energy storage systems (ESS), and electrical safety protocols /li liProficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software (SCADA systems knowledge is a plus) /li liFamiliarity with quality tools and root cause analysis methodologies /li liKnowledge of Italian grid connection standards and regulatory frameworks is a strong plus /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences /li liHigh level of commitment, responsiveness, and a customer-focused mindset /li /ul h3Language Travel /h3 ul liProfessional fluency in bItalian /b is required /li liProfessional fluency in bEnglish /b is required (working language with headquarters) /li liProficiency in bChinese (Mandarin) /b is a strong plus for communication with headquarters and RD teams /li liWillingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally to other European markets as required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
