For a fast-growing multinational leader in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Learning & Development Manager.Reporting to the HR Director Europe and the Head of Learning & Development, the role will oversee Learning & Development activities for Italy (hands‑on management of local processes) and serve as the point of reference in deploying global initiatives across the EMEA region.Key Responsibilities- Assess training needs and design/implement learning and development programs.- Act as the reference point for the performance appraisal process and employee development.- Partner with managers to identify internal talent, define career paths and support succession planning.- Develop strategies to improve talent retention and strengthen employee engagement.- Monitor key talent metrics and provide insights to support decision‑making.- Stay up to date on HR/L&D; trends and best practices.Requirements- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management & Development within international,
