Ukrainian game art outsourcing studio, specializing in the creation of high-quality 3D content for games, primarily AA and AAA projects for PC and consoles, is looking for a Business Development Manager (full-time or part-time).
We act as an External Development Partner for international clients, providing a full-cycle game art production service—from concept development to final integration into the production pipeline.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Identify and acquire new clients in international markets.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with game developers and publishers.
- Conduct negotiations and present the studio's services to prospective clients.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, guiding opportunities through the sales pipeline to contract signing.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in game development outsourcing or 3D game art outsourcing is required.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring clients among AA/AAA PC and console game developers and publishers.
- Strong understanding of the game art outsourcing market and its business specifics.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
