You will work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently, reliably and at scale. /p p This role would suit an experienced NPI Project Manager, Industrialisation Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager, NPI Project Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer with strong project management experience and a hands-on understanding of manufacturing. /p p Main Responsibilities of the NPI Industrialisation Project Manager / Project Engineer (Bolzano): /pulli Lead the industrialisation of new and existing products from engineering release through prototype build, production readiness and volume production /lili Act as the key interface between Engineering and Manufacturing for NPI activities /lili Manage interdisciplinary project teams across Manufacturing Engineering, Equipment, Test, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality and Operations /lili Plan, execute and control industrialisation projects within agreed timelines and budgets /lili Coordinate design transfer, prototype builds, pilot production and production ramp-up activities /lili Define production processes, manufacturing flows,



assembly methodologies and production routes /lili Develop and maintain Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs), production documentation and work instructions /lili Coordinate process planning including material flow, PFMEA, Control Plans and production readiness activities /lili Identify manufacturing, process and supply chain risks and coordinate mitigation plans /lili Identify equipment, tooling, automation and test system requirements /lili Support CAPEX justification, equipment installation and commissioning projects /lili Lead process validation, manufacturing trials and production readiness activities /lili Participate in change board meetings and take ownership of major product or process changes /lili Work closely with Development Project Managers throughout the product development lifecycle /lili Drive continuous improvement during product introduction and production ramp-up /li /ul p Requirements of the NPI Industrialisation Project Manager / Project Engineer (Bolzano): /pulli Proven experience within a Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialisation Engineering or NPI environment /lili Experience managing NPI activities from engineering release through to production launch /lili Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within an assembly, box-build or similar environment /lili Experience managing medium to large engineering or industrialisation projects /lili Experience transferring products from prototype into serial production /lili Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality,
