**Role & Responsibilities**:
In this role, the trainee will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities, supporting both operational recruitment processes and strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Assisting in the implementation of international projects at headquarters level
- Contributing to the design, implementation, and management of new Talent Acquisition projects
- Supporting local or South-East regional initiatives and programs
- Building and maintaining partnerships with universities and participating in career fairs and recruitment events **- Qualifications**: - Master’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Comfortable working in an international, English-speaking environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in social media and digital communication tools
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (mandatory)
- Previous experience or exposure to HR is considered a plus **:
