In this Senior Legal Counsel role, you will specialize in international employment law for platform workers, focusing on courier classification and gig-economy regulations. You’ll partner with Product, Tech, and Ops to shape delivery-app initiatives while mitigating regulatory risks across markets. You’ll monitor high-profile disputes and develop defense strategies, supporting sustainable growth for Delivery Hero’s Glovo platform. - Oversee courier classification risks across multiple markets
- Monitor regulatory investigations and craft defense strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Tech and Ops to support delivery-app initiatives




- Advise on employment-law matters with a focus on platform work across markets
- Engage with Public Policy teams to align with legislative developments
- Serve as a subject-matter expert internally and contribute to management decisions
- Italian-qualified employment lawyer with at least 6 years of experience in employment law
- Experience in both law firm and in-house within tech or platform-based companies (preferred)
- Litigation experience and advisory background on gig economy matters
- Strong understanding of related areas: social security, tax, data protection, immigration, and contracts
- Excellent English and Italian communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven legal drafting and executive presentation abilities
