We're looking to speak with experienced bScrum Masters /b who are passionate about coaching teams, driving Agile best practice, and delivering measurable outcomes. /p pThis is a fully remote opportunity, requiring bfluent Italian /b. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs Scrum Master, you'll work across btwo Agile teams in parallel /b, acting as a servant leader and Agile coach to help teams maximise their performance and delivery. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and management, ensuring Agile principles are embedded while supporting continuous improvement across people, processes, and delivery. /p pYou'll play a key role in developing team capability, removing impediments, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and adapting Agile practices where appropriate to best support project outcomes. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. /li liSupport Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation. /li liCoach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement. /li liHelp establish and develop new Agile teams, increasing their capability and maturity over time. /li liIdentify, manage and remove impediments impacting delivery. /li liWork across two delivery teams simultaneously. /li liBuild strong relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior management. /li liProtect teams from external pressures while maintaining delivery commitments. /li liIntroduce appropriate improvements to Agile processes where they add value. /li liDefine, monitor and report on Agile and team performance KPIs. /li liEnsure agreed Agile standards,



processes and governance are consistently applied. /li liPromote a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learning. /li liProvide regular progress reporting to stakeholders. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liFluent Italian speaker with fluent communication skills. /li liMinimum of b4 years' proven experience /b as a Scrum Master within complex organisations. /li liExperience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously. /li liExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. /li liStrong coaching and mentoring ability, with a genuine passion for developing team capability. /li liExperience helping establish new teams and improving Agile maturity. /li liAbility to balance operational delivery with cultural and process improvement initiatives. /li liStrong conflict resolution, communication and facilitation skills. /li liDelivery-focused mindset with experience using KPIs to measure team performance. /li liExcellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies and Kanban. /li liExperience using Jira. /li liPrevious experience within the banking or wider financial services sector. /li liKnowledge of Lean Agile Portfolio Management frameworks. /li liScrum Master certification (desirable but not essential). /li /ul h3Interview Focus /h3 h3Candidates should be prepared to discuss practical examples including: /h3 ul liHow they approach setting up a brand-new Agile team. /li liHow they coach teams through periods of high workload and delivery pressure. /li liHow they protect delivery teams when conflicting priorities are introduced by senior stakeholders. /li liExamples of increasing team capability through coaching and servant leadership. /liliHow they have adapted Scrum practices to better support project delivery while remaining true to Agile principles. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
