ppMechanical Method Engineer Alstom Savigliano, Piedmont, IT /p h3Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /h3 pReq ID: At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people. /p pNon aspetti a candidarsi dopo aver letto questa descrizione: per questa occasione è previsto un elevato volume di candidature. /p pFrom high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. /p pEvery day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.For our Savigliano Site in Italy we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Method Engineer /p h3Mission /h3 ul liDefines and validate the detailed manufacturing process for a new product. /li liPerform industrial documentation for the project, define industrial master data and set the manufacturing method time. /li liIn serial phase, drive continuous improvement actions and industrialize product and process changes. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDuring specification and preliminary design phases: Bring ideas to the Process Engineer or the PIM to guide product definition in order to improve the product manufacturability and achieve QCD targets. /li liParticipate to the product design reviews when required. /li liEstimate Method Time. /li liDuring detailed design phase and before Serial Go: Participate to P-FMEA. /li liParticipate to validation of prototypes if any. /li liRequest tooling when needed and write tooling specifications. /li liDepending on the domain: perform ERP routings, Work Instructions, Inspection Instructions, program for CNC machines. /li liAnd this ensuring good EHS and ergonomic conditions. /li liPerform work stations task sequencing.
