The role combines technical expertise, field leadershipand project execution. The successful candidate will progressively become team leader ofthe field team coordinating field teams, mentoring junior engineers and driving continuousimprovement of operational practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multidisciplinary field teams during execution of industrial projects.Plan and coordinate field activities with customers and internal departments.Ensure compliance with HSE standards and customer procedures.Supervise installation, commissioning,



operation and troubleshooting of industrialprocess equipment- Perform and supervise mechanical assembly, electrical connections, instrumentationverification and system testing.Diagnose and resolve technical issues under demanding field conditions.Interface directly with customer operations, maintenance and engineering teams.Prepare technical documentation and field reports.Support equipment maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.Train, coach and mentor junior field personnel.Required ExperienceMinimum 2–4 years of industrial field experience.Proven experience leading teams in complex industrial environments.Experience during plant shutdowns, commissioning or maintenance activities.Experience operating at customer sites with demanding HSE standards.Technical BackgroundCandidates should demonstrate practical experience in several of the following areas:Mechanical equipmentIndustrial electrical systems, priority on electrical control panelInstrumentationPumps, valves and pipingProcess equipmentIndustrial troubleshootingPreferred Industry ExperienceOil & GasPetrochemicalChemicalPower GenerationEPCIndustrial Field ServicesProcess IndustriesLeadership & Personal AttributesStrong leadership capability and ability to lead by example.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams under demanding conditions.Strong customer orientation and communication skills.The ideal candidate enjoys working in the field rather than in the office, is comfortabletaking ownership under demanding conditions, and naturally leads teams by example.LanguagesFluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory. xysqume Additional languages are considered an advantage.Travel RequirementsAvailability for extensive international travel (up to 70%).Availability to work during plant shutdowns, including weekends and extended shiftswhen requiredSUBMIT CV
