Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.We are seeking an Operations Intern, supporting key activities across the Operations department, including planning, procurement, packaging and logistics, with a strong focus on data analysis, performance monitoring and reporting. This role offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes and continuous improvement initiatives. This intern will report to the Director of Operations, based in Florence.Responsibilities:Support data collection, validation and analysisMonitor supplier performance, including delivery delays and service levelsFollow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on open ordersPrepare monthly reporting dashboards (delays, service level, KPIsAnalyze operational KPIs (OOS, lead times, stock levels,
