Verifichi tutti i dettagli nella descrizione e poi faccia clic su "Candidati". brp ABOUT THE ROLE – Commissioning Engineer – Mechanical/Piping /pp We are looking for a b Commissioning Engineer – Mechanical/Piping /b to join an important b Oil Gas / Energy /b project. /pp Reporting to the b Hook-Up Commissioning Superintendent /b , the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing b Mechanical/Piping Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities /b , ensuring that systems are complete, safe and operational in accordance with project requirements. /p p Key Responsibilities /pp Pre-Commissioning Commissioning /pulli Supervise flushing, cleaning, hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, air blowing and leak testing of piping systems. /lili Support installation checks and pre-start-up verifications for pumps, compressors, vessels, exchangers and piping. /lili Verify alignment, grouting, bolt torquing and lubrication of rotating equipment. /lili Witness equipment rotation checks, vibration checks and functional tests in accordance with OEM procedures. /lili Verify mechanical and piping system integrity, reinstatement and punch list clearance. /lili Support troubleshooting activities during start-up. /li /ul p Planning Coordination /pulli Prepare commissioning procedures, test packs and checklists for Mechanical/Piping systems. /lili Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Vendors, Operations and Instrumentation teams to ensure system readiness. /lili Monitor b Mechanical Completion /b progress and system handover activities. /lili Participate in system walkdowns and redline drawing updates. /lili Contribute to the preparation and compilation of commissioning dossiers.
/li /ul p Handover System Completion /pulli Manage the handover of Mechanical/Piping systems from Construction to Commissioning and subsequently to Operations. /lili Ensure all technical documentation is properly collected and recorded, including test reports, torque certificates and as-built documentation. /lili Support reliability runs, performance testing and final acceptance activities with the Client and Operations teams. /li /ul p HSE /pulli Ensure that all commissioning activities are carried out in compliance with b PTW, LOTO /b and project HSE procedures. /lili Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments and safety meetings. /lili Promptly report incidents, near misses and equipment anomalies. /lili Stop unsafe activities whenever necessary. /li /ul p Requirements /pullib Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering /b or equivalent qualification. /lili At least b8 years of experience /b in Mechanical/Piping activities after obtaining the degree. /lili Previous experience in b Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning /b activities within the Oil Gas, Energy or industrial plant sectors. /lili Knowledge of b ASME, API, ISO /b and project-specific standards. /lili Ability to read and interpret b PIDs, isometric drawings, test packs, equipment datasheets and vendor drawings /b . /lili Experience with Commissioning/Completion Management systems such as b ICAPS, WinPCS, CMS /b or equivalent. /lili Strong problem-solving skills during start-up and troubleshooting activities. /lili Excellent coordination and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams. /lilib Excellent written and spoken English /b ,
