Ensure "custom-tailored" solutions, thus optimized for the customer's characteristics. /p h3KEY RESULTS /h3 ul liProvide for the development of offers based on standard designs, using reliable and tested solutions or which, where necessary, provide for suitably engineered and verified variants; /li liEnsure the development of optimized technical solutions, which enhance the "characteristics" of the customer by maximizing the profitability of the plant; /li liGuarantee the maximum accuracy and reliability of the costs foreseen by the budget; /li liEnsure compliance with the processing times required by the commercial department; /li liPromote the highest level of education of agents both in relation to the content of specific proposals drawn up and in relation to technological innovations, both in terms of products and plant design; /li liActively promote a process of continuous improvement through the study and search for cost-effective solutions; /li liFacilitate continuous dialogue with the global Chief Engineer and executive department to verify the adequacy and improvement of the technical and economic solutions proposed. /li /ul h3RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY /h3 ul liDefine the process, size the system, estimate CAPEX and OPEX; /li liRequest the approval of the design from the global Chief Engineer; /li liProcess the offer by identifying plant solutions that allow, as far as possible, the use of technology purchased from the parent company; /li liSearch for alternative technologies to be included in the plants and/or alternative suppliers of technologies already used,



then discuss with the global Chief Engineer and the executive department to validate new solutions, new products and new suppliers; /li liUpdate the database of offers, both the company and the parent company; /li liAcquire feedback from Anaergia plants and visit competitors' plants in order to verify any problems due to imperfect plant choices or to find new solutions to improve our plants; /li liMaintenance and updating of the cost database; /li liHelp the customer to understand their needs and the Anaergia proposal through the appropriate training of the agent or directly when required by the communications plan agreed with the sales representative. /li /ul h3COMPETENCES /h3 pEducation: /p ul liThey hold a degree in one of the following technical areas: Environmental engineer, Chemical Engineer, /li /ul pExperience: /p ul liThey have at least five years of experience in the role of “Application Engineer” or “Proposal Engineer”. /li /ul pTechnical experiences and Skills: /p ul liKnowledge of the technical / biological process at the base of anaerobic digestion; /li liKnowledge of the technologies used and usable in waste treatment, anaerobic digestion and water treatment plants; /li liKnowledge of products, suppliers and related costs; /li liUse of the computer, especially of Excel; /li liGood knowledge of English, read, written and spoken. /li /ul pSoft Skills: /p ul liThe soft skills of the AE must include but not be limited to: Knowledge of sales strategies which, combined with the knowledge of the process and plant engineering, allows to mediate between the requests of commercial and executive department. /li liTransversal skills, welcome but not essential, include: Knowledge of other foreign languages (especially French or Spanish) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
