Our services include cost engineering and estimating, quality assurance, inspection, scheduling, risk management, and claims avoidance. /p /brpFor more information on Hill, please visit our website at /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brh3Design Engineering Phase /h3 /brul /brliReview specified appropriate materials (metals, coatings, composites) for process fluids, pressure, temperature, and corrosion conditions. /li /brliReview and consent to develop Material Selection Diagrams (MSDs) and Corrosion Control Documents (CCDs). /li /brliParticipate in the preparation and review of Material Requisitions, Material Take‑Offs (MTOs), and technical bid evaluations. /li /brliDefine corrosion mitigation strategies including cathodic protection, chemical inhibition, and coatings/linings. /li /brliEnsure material and corrosion design complies with international codes (ASME, ISO, API) and company specifications. /li /br /ul /brh3Fabrication, Construction Installation Phase /h3 /brul /brliReview and approve vendor documents, material certificates (MTCs), and welding procedures (WPS/PQR). /li /brliMonitor coating application, insulation, and corrosion monitoring installations.



/li /brliConduct site inspections and audits to verify material quality and corrosion control measures. /li /brliSupport QA/QC team during FATs and SATs. /li /br /ul /brh3Operation Maintenance Phase /h3 /brul /brliAnalyze corrosion monitoring data (e.g., coupons, probes, smart pigs). /li /brliRecommend corrective actions for corrosion‑related anomalies. /li /brliSupport RBI (Risk‑Based Inspection) and integrity assessment programs. /li /brliInvestigate material failures and perform root cause analysis. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliStrong knowledge of materials science, metallurgy, corrosion mechanisms. /li /brliProficient in interpreting PIDs, PFDs, isometrics, and technical standards. /li /brliExperience in offshore/onshore oil gas environments. /li /brliFamiliarity with corrosion modeling software (e.g., OLI, CO2Sys, ECE). /li /brliExcellent problem‑solving and communication skills. /li /brliBachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Engineering from an accredited university. /li /brli10 years of work experience in the relevant discipline after earning the BSc degree. /li /brliExcellent spoken and written English, including proven ability to write specifications and reports. /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
