What We Do

Faraway International Travel Group specializes in:

- Destination Management Services (DMC) – including ground handling across Europe, transportation, accommodation, dining, attraction tickets, tour guides, and travel support services.
- International Promotion & Cultural Exchange – delivering cross-border cultural exchange programs, business delegation projects, and international market development.
- MICE Services – planning and executing meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Tourism Education & Training – providing professional tourism learning and industry development programs.

We're Hiring!

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute travel products and itineraries, ensuring smooth on-site operations.
- Liaise with hotels, transportation providers, attractions, tour guides, and other suppliers to deliver high-quality travel experiences.
- Monitor the entire booking and operation process, proactively resolving any issues that arise during trips.




- Manage operational costs while maintaining service quality and efficiency.
- Identify and develop new business partners, negotiate commercial agreements, and strengthen product competitiveness.
- Collaborate with overseas teams and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer service.

What We're looking for:

- Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication, coordination, and business negotiation skills.
- A high level of professionalism, responsibility, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Previous experience in the tourism or travel industry is preferred.

旅游目的地管理(欧洲地面接待服务/车、餐、酒店、门票、导游、旅游信息服务，旅游国际推广(国际文化交流项目， 工商务项目执行与落地)，会展，旅游教育。

招聘职位：

操作专员 Operation Development (1名)

岗位职责：

1.负责旅游产品落地执行，统筹行程安排及资源协调。

2.对接酒店、交通、景点、导游等供应商，保障团队顺利接待。

3.跟进订单执行全流程，及时处理行程中的突发情况。

4.控制团队成本，确保服务质量和运营效率。

5.挖掘优质合作资源，独立开展商务洽谈，提升产品竞争力。

6.协调海内外团队及供应商，保障业务高效协同与客户服务质量。

岗位要求:

1.熟练使用意大利语、英语；

2.良好的协调沟通提及商务谈判能力;

3.具备基本良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，责任心;

4.有相关旅游行业的经验可优先考虑。
