and that any new promotions and packages are communicated effectively to all relevant departments /li liEnsuring that the team answers all incoming telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner /li liIdentifying and assisting with the training needs of team members /li liLiaising with the Sales team to resolve any issues, and handle site inspections and office visits' information in the PMS /li liEnsuring that all VIP and special requests information is efficiently saved in the PMS /li /ul h3Skills, Knowledge And Expertise /h3 ul liDeep knowledge of Opera PMS /li liAt least 2 years of previous experience in the hospitality business (luxury field is preferred) /li liExcellent proficiency in Italian and English language, both written and spoken. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
