/liliLead legal support for complex commercial and technology-related matters, including SaaS, cloud services, licensing, procurement, outsourcing, partnerships, and cross-border arrangements. /liliSupport MA, integration, corporate restructuring, and other strategic projects. /li /ulh3Protect the business and strengthen governance /h3ulliIdentify and manage legal, regulatory, compliance, and reputational risks while balancing them with business objectives. /liliEnsure effective corporate governance, corporate approvals, compliance frameworks, and internal legal policies. /liliLead the approach to disputes, litigation, regulatory inquiries, investigations, and other sensitive legal matters. /liliOversee external legal counsel and ensure effective use of legal resources and budgets. /liliLead and develop the Legal and GR teams, building strong collaboration across the business. /li /ulh3What will help you succeed /h3pWe are looking for a senior leader who combines strong legal expertise with a solid understanding of Government Relations and the Ukrainian regulatory environment. /ppYou will bring: /pulliMaster’s degree in Law; additional education in business, economics, public policy, or a related field would be an advantage.



/lili8+ years of relevant legal experience, including 3–5 years in a senior legal or leadership role. /liliStrong experience in Government Relations, regulatory affairs, public policy, or direct engagement with governmental and regulatory stakeholders. /liliSolid understanding of Ukrainian legislative and regulatory processes and experience operating in regulated industries. Background in technology, IT, telecommunications, digital services, finance, or energy would be particularly relevant. /liliStrong expertise in corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, compliance, complex contracting, and regulatory matters. /liliExperience supporting technology-related products and agreements, including SaaS, cloud, licensing, data protection, cybersecurity, or other digital services. /liliExperience managing complex negotiations, disputes, external counsel, and cross-functional strategic projects. /liliStrong business judgment and the ability to translate legal and regulatory complexity into clear recommendations and actionable decisions. /liliProven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working directly with CEOs, executives, regulators, and external partners. /liliFluent Ukrainian and English, including professional legal drafting and negotiation skills. /li /ulpWe are looking for someone who can see beyond individual legal or regulatory issues, understand their impact on the business, and turn complexity into practical solutions that enable sustainable growth. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
