For this reason, we need the best talents to walk alongside us, supporting together this process of continuous evolution.We are looking for a Quality System specialist to join the QHSE & SUSTAINABILITY Department at the Cenate Sotto (BG).ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor internal processes and procedures to ensure their continuos improvementSupport the internal Depts. to set up organizational changes and to implent new processes/activities according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001 requirements.Elaborate flows and procedures to identify accountabilities, responsabilities and relevant KPIsUpdate the internal processes mapping to guarantee a continue alignment to the strategySupport the development and maintaining of Gewiss Integrated System Management certified according to Iso ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001 and Unipdr 125:22Conduct operations aimed at continuous improvement of both processes and products.REQUIREMENTS:Technical degree, Management Engineering Degree is considered a plus; Specialized training on ISO 9001, ISO 14001,



ISO 45001 will be considered a plus1/2 years of experience in a similar role (Quality assurance); Good knowledge/experience of the main ISO StandardsGood knowledge of the English languageStrong attention to detailGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent data collection and analysis skillsSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s successCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGreat interpersonal and communication skillsIn Gewiss, you will find:

In presenza di profili con competenze ed esperienza significativamente superiori rispetto ai requisiti della posizione, potrà essere valutata, previa approvazione interna, una proposta retributiva superiore al limite massimo del range indicato.
