- Draft, negotiate, and review national and international commercial contracts, legal documents, and business arrangements, including distribution and sales agreements, sales and supply terms and conditions, supply agreements, confidentiality agreements, lease agreements, and IT agreements
- Handle corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters
- Manage data protection, privacy, and compliance matters, including 231, whistleblowing, anti-money laundering, and KYC
- Provide practical and timely legal support and business advice to internal stakeholders across marketing, finance, sales, supply chain, IT, logistics, and HR
- Support the EMEA Legal Director with global initiatives and complex matters as needed

Requirements

- Italian law degree
- 5+ years of professional experience gained at an international law firm and/or in-house department; a combination of both is strongly preferred
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and English, written and spoken
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents pragmatically
- Ability to provide rapid, practical, business-oriented advice directly to all business units
- Knowledge of French is considered a plus
- Must be self-reliant, hard-working, flexible, and organized




- Excellent team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a positive and proactive attitude
