We are looking for a Power Electronics Control Engineer with 5–6 years of experience, specialized in the control of battery charging systems (OBC / Battery Charger) and power converters.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink for modelling, simulation, and control algorithm development.

Main activities:

- Develop MATLAB/Simulink models for power electronics and control systems.
- Model and simulate AC/DC and DC/DC converters.
- Develop and implement control strategies and algorithms for voltage and current regulation.
- Develop control strategies for OBC / Battery Charger systems, including battery charging phases.
- Optimize control strategies to improve energy efficiency and system performance.
- Analyse simulation and test results and perform control parameter tuning and calibration.
- Support system testing, integration, and validation activities.
- Work closely with Hardware, Power Electronics,



and System Engineering teams.
- Analyse system requirements and translate them into functional control requirements.

Technical skills:

- 5–6 years of experience in Power Electronics Control, Control Systems, or a related field.
- Strong experience with MATLAB/Simulink.
- Proven experience with OBC / Battery Charger systems and AC/DC and DC/DC converters.
- Good knowledge of control theory, voltage/current control, and control algorithm development.
- Experience in simulation, calibration, testing, and validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of the interaction between control software, hardware, and power electronics.

Experience in automotive, e-mobility, electrification, battery systems, or electric/hybrid powertrains is considered a strong plus.
