IT DELIVERY COORDINATOR ITALY
In his role you will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT and OT services across Vallenoncello (PN) and Spilamberto (MO) plants. You combine hands-on IT operations with strong collaboration with Engineering, Production, and R&D.; You will finally support and govern factory systems, infrastructure, and digital initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Manage end-user devices (PCs, shopfloor terminals, monitors)



and local infrastructure
- Act as primary escalation point for IT issues impacting plant operations
- Coordinate with central IT and vendors for incident resolution
- Own local IT backbone including switches, access points, connectivity, and cabling
- Coordinate with external vendors for cabling and infrastructure upgrades
- Ensure performance, reliability, and documentation of plant infrastructure
- Act as IT point of contact for Engineering and Production stakeholders
- Support deployment and lifecycle of manufacturing and OT-related applications
- Ensure alignment with IT standards and security policies
- Manage external service providers and ensure SLA compliance
- Support procurement and lifecycle of IT assets
- Define and manage annual IT budget for both plants
- Monitor costs and identify optimization opportunities
- Support CEO and C-level events ensuring reliable IT and network
