The emphasis is on bdiagnostics, fault finding, root-cause analysis and problem solving within a live production environment /b. /ppThe initial contract is expected to run for b3–6 months /b, with engineers working fully onsite as part of a rotating three-shift schedule. /ppThe Assignment /ppKey responsibilities will include: /pulliInvestigating production and automation issues /liliTroubleshooting bOmron PLC-controlled machinery and production equipment /b /liliAnalysing existing PLC logic to identify software and control-related problems /liliPinpointing the broot causes of recurring production faults and downtime /b /liliDetermining whether issues originate from PLC software, electrical systems, instrumentation, field devices, communications or machinery /liliIdentifying bottlenecks, intermittent faults and equipment reliability issues /liliUsing PLC diagnostics to trace faults through automated sequences /liliRecommending corrective actions and potential improvements /liliProducing clear baction lists /b outlining identified problems,
