**Descrizione della posizione** Job purpose:
Responsible for detailed scheduling of resources to meet production requirements for therapeutic commercial products and clinical studies in the EU RLT sites. This involves time, people, material, and equipment management. The site owns the delivery of the required product to the AAA customer, with a focus on inventory management of starting materials and accurate final product planning (optimal backup doses) to achieve operational excellence in short-term (operational horizon, typically from month 0 to 3). Also in charge of capacity requirement planning, overtime possibilities and support requirements in the mid-term (tactical horizon, typically from month 4 to 24). Additionally, the site integrated plans including financial figures and business objectives are set. Major Activities: - Ensure Supply Chain excellence in the AAA EU RLT Sites
- Develop Supply Chain capabilities of own team
- Lead and ensure development of talent
- Manage and continuously improve performance in Supply Chain KPIs from procurement to delivery




- Ensure that supply plans are created at site level which incorporate production plan and logistics plan & ensure that the production plans are accurately reflected in the systems
- Optimize the number of back up doses to ensure target Customer Service levels are achieved without excess waste
- Responsible for the supply risk management process in the site level
- Ensures the optimization of the logistic platform including warehousing (internal and external), distribution, and transportation for EU RLT sites
- Manage the development, negotiation and implementation of contract agreements with suppliers and (where applicable) in collaboration with Global Procurement
- Manage and controls RLT EU supply chain budget and expenses

MBA is preferred. Languages: Italian and English fluently, verbally and in writing. Other languages are a plus (e.g. French, Spanish) Experience / Professional requirements: - 7+ years of relevant experience in similar role
- Knowledge of Nuclear Medicine industry
- Supply chain experience
- APICS certification or equivalent
- Highly organized with strong orientation process / project management orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates strong personal ethics and responsibility to purpose
