Sales performance customer service: /h3ulliContribute to the boutique achieving its sales targets; /liliAssist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brands high standards; /liliCultivate strong client relationships, delivering outstanding client service and treatment; providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards and solid product knowledge; /liliAdapt approach according to the client needs and motivations; /liliAssist and support after sales clients in accordance with Maison values; provide recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience; /li /ulh32. Stock management and merchandising: /h3ulliProvide feedback in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock; /liliActively participate in the visual merchandising of the Boutique implementing required guidelines. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping, including cleaning the products and displays; /liliAssist in the inventory process, including but not limited to stock counting and special projects as needed; /liliAssist in completing prices changes within the Boutique when required; /li /ulh33. Boutique operations and cash management:



/h3ulliAccurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash records at the Boutique’s register; /liliAdhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices; /liliImplement discounts and gratuities under supervision of Boutique manager; /liliComply with all safety regulations and Boutique operational procedures including security; /li /ulh34. Product knowledge sales techniques: /h3ulliMaintain an awareness of all product knowledge information; /liliMaster the Brand's sales techniques as per training received; /liliAttendance to required training; /li /ulh35.
