The role plays a key part in shaping regional strategy, ensuring financial discipline, and driving performance across sales, marketing and product initiatives.You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating financial data into clear commercial insights and helping guide decisions that impact growth, profitability and resource allocation.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leadership across distribution and marketing to support strategic decision-makingLead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for the Southern RegionProvide insight and analysis on revenue, margins, costs, and headcountEvaluate commercial initiatives,
