This involve, as instance taking part in networking events /li liContribute to the KPIs achievement /li liHandle all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints) /li liHandle sales process as per delivery standards (from Welcome to Packaging)



/li /ul h3CRM /h3 ul liEnrich CRM data base with clients granting KPIs quality in data collection /li liDevelop prospects into CRM data base proactively focusing on his/her social attitude and networking activities /li liPerform all CRM 1 to 1 activities as per Store Manager indications including CRM After Sales Service (ex. follow up on watch maintenance) /li /ul h3Other Activities /h3 ul liApply all sales related procedures and guidelines (discounts, security, fiscal, legal, etc.) /li liEnsure that all front area of the shop are neat, clean and products are displayed as per VM guidelines /li liPerform all AFSS front office activities directly related to final customers acting as proactive point of and assuring that the customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restored /li /ul h3Desired Skills and Experience /h3 ul li6-8 years of experience in luxury retail sales /li liExcellent selling skills /li liKnowledge of fine Jewellery Watches is a plus /li liPassion for the brand /li liStrong Interpersonal skills and outstanding customer orientation /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
