About the Role
As aDutch Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professionalcustomer support in Dutch and English, helping customers with their questions, requests and issues.
You will work as part of an international Customer Support team, using your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professionalcustomer support in Dutch and English.
Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
Resolve customer issues and elevate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow customer service procedures and quality standards.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Collaborate with an international and multicultural team.
Deliver an excellentcustomer experienceacross every interaction.
Requirements
Fluent or native-level Dutch (C1/C2).
Fluent English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
Willingness to workonsite in Athens initiallyand subsequently transition to aremote work model from Greece.

Working Schedule
Full-time position Monday to Sunday with rotational shifts
Working hours between08:00 and 00:00 (5day/week, 8 hours/Day)
Weekend work may be required depending on the assigned schedule.
Remote Work - Greece
This is a remote work opportunity based in Greece after the initial onsite period.
Candidates relocating from abroad are required to workonsite for the first 3 months.
Candidates who already have permanent accommodation in Greece and a suitable internet connection may be considered for an exception.
After the initial onsite period, eligible candidates can transition toremote work from their location in Greece.
Candidates living outside Athens may also receive accommodation during the training period before transitioning to remote work.
Candidates relocating from abroad must be available inAthens at least 7 days before their start dateto complete the required hiring and onboarding process.
