Senior Category Buyer – Consumer Health, Beauty Optimize rebates on invoices and maximize payment terms; Negotiate and manage promotional plans with suppliers to support commercial performance; Independently lead annual supplier negotiations as well as in-year renegotiations after the onboarding phase; Manage a broad supplier portfolio and substantial purchasing volumes; Oversee purchasing activities across multiple product categories.
About You: Solid experience in buying, strategic purchasing, or category management , with direct responsibility for supplier negotiations and commercial terms.
Mandatory background in one or more of the following sectors: pharma retail, para-pharmacy, dermocosmetics, cosmetics, food supplements, or beauty .
Proven experience in managing suppliers, negotiating commercial conditions, and supporting category growth in a fast-moving retail or wholesale environment.
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Proactive mindset, strong commercial attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Fluent in English.
University degree is preferred.
