MISSION Ensure efficient management of network orders by monitoring order flow, coordinating cross-functional activities and maintaining alignment between Customer Orders Management, MSM, MRP, Network Nodes and Supply Chain functions, guaranteeing on-time execution and customer satisfaction. /ph3KEY ACTIVITIES /h3ulliManage network orders from creation to closure, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data. /liliMonitor order progress across operational systems and network platforms. /liliCoordinate activities related to Customer Orders Management and service provisioning. /liliInterface with MSM and MRP processes to ensure consistency between demand, planning and execution. /liliSupport network nodes in the execution of operational requests and order fulfillment activities. /liliIdentify and manage order exceptions, delays, bottlenecks and escalation scenarios. /liliEnsure data consistency across order management and planning systems. /liliProvide visibility on order status, priorities, risks and recovery actions. /liliCoordinate with MSM, Logistics and Quality functions when material availability impacts order execution. /liliSupport prioritization activities in case of resource or network constraints. /liliMonitor service levels and operational KPIs related to order execution. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives of order management and network processes. /li /ulh3MAIN INTERFACES /h3ulliCustomer Orders Management /liliMSM (Material Service Management)
