Within the Digital Solutions - Service Management team, we are looking for a resource to take on the role of Service Management Specialist, with experience in Project Management, process analysis, IT Service Management, and the management of digital transformation initiatives. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the governance of ITSM platforms and processes through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational workflows /liliCollaborate in managing Incident, Change, and Request Management processes, ensuring proper alignment with involved stakeholders /liliGather, analyze, and formalize functional and operational requirements from various business units /liliDesign and optimize workflows and business processes,



with a focus on information flows and data quality /liliSupport the creation and maintenance of process documentation (procedures, KPIs, reporting, operational materials) /liliCoordinate project activities, including planning, risk management, progress monitoring, and interaction with multidisciplinary teams /liliCollaborate with technical teams (infrastructure, security, workplace) to ensure solution consistency and integration with existing processes /li /ulh3Role Requirements /h3ulli3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management, or Process Management, preferably in consulting or corporate environments /liliExperience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall) /liliFamiliarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Jira Service Management) /liliStrong stakeholder management and effective communication skills with both technical and business teams /liliProblem-solving attitude, operational autonomy,
