ppOur client is an international group specializing in the design, construction, and management of wastewater treatment plants and waste treatment facilities, and has entrusted us with the search for the position of /p pbSenior QHSE Specialist /b /p h3Role and Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupport the Manager in the development, implementation, maintenance and dissemination of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety and Environment) within the company; /li liAct as technical point of contract for site-based safety. Conduct field inspections and behavioral safety audits, providing expert guidance to site managers to ensure immediate risk mitigation.



/li liSupport the identification of training needs and design specialized coaching programs for high-risk activities and the promotion of a proactive safety culture /li liSupport/Plan and excute the annual internal audit schedule.Collaborate for external certification bodies during surveillance and renewal audits. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 8/10 years of experience in managing QHSE systems in large-scale Civil Construction, Engineering or complex Infrastructure sectors.
