For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Recruitment

- Own the full hiring process from sourcing to signed offer

- Build sourcing strategies for every vacancy

- Search, source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, job boards and networking

- Social media job posting (personal and corporate LinkedIn profiles, website, etc.)

- Build and maintain hiring pipelines

- Coordinate and lead interview processes

- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, interview plans and evaluation criteria

- Continuously improve candidate experience

Recruitment Analytics

- Track hiring funnel metrics

- Analyze sourcing efficiency and hiring quality

- Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards

- Propose improvements based on data

People Operations

- Own onboarding and offboarding processes

- Conduct health checks

- Maintain vacation, day-off and sick leave processes

- Coordinate company-wide people announcements

Employee Lifecycle

- Support the complete employee lifecycle: Hiring → Offer → Onboarding → Probation → Performance Review Support → Offboarding

HR Documentation

- Maintain policies,



handbook and HR templates

Company Health

- Monitor overall company health

- Identify burnout, conflicts, disengagement and retention risks

- Escalate problems early and suggest solutions

Process Improvement

- Continuously improve recruiting and HR processes

- Introduce better tools, automation and AI solutions where appropriate

- Improve employer branding and hiring quality

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within the game industry

- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills for both active and passive candidates

- Experience hiring technical, creative and business roles (Unity, Art, Product, Marketing, QA, Operations, Leadership, etc.)

- Ability to own recruitment processes from kickoff to signed offer and onboarding

- Strong communication, interviewing skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to details

- Critical thinking and ability to challenge hiring requirements

- High ownership and proactive mindset

- Experience with HR administration and People Operations

- Russian and English language skills

- Experience hiring within Europe

Nice to have

- Experience with ATS systems

- Experience building recruitment dashboards and analytics

- Experience introducing AI tools into recruiting workflows
