/ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliGeneral Accounting: Record and reconcile daily transactions, including bank transfers, cash receipts, andbr/accruals.
Maintain accurate and organised records of all financial transactions, ensuring proper documentationbr/for audits and reporting /liliAccounts Payable Receivable: Manage supplier invoices, payments, and customer billing cycles.
Processbr/accounts payable invoices ensuring accurate coding, documentation, and timely payments in compliance withbr/company policies.
Collaborate with departments, vendors, and suppliers to resolve payment-related inquiries;br/oversee cost control, purchase order validation, and property inventories /liliRegisters Documentation: Maintain accurate VAT registers, general ledgers, and fixed asset records.
Managebr/information systems and keep spreadsheets and databases up to date /liliReconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations between bank statements and the general ledger; producebr/monthly accounting reconciliations and support the monthly closing process /liliSupport for Closings: Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings, including adjustments andbr/checks /liliTax Compliance Support:



Ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and reporting requirements (VAT,br/LIPE, INTRASTAT).
