Your main tasks
End-to-end ownership of the recruiting process and responsibility for creating a positive candidate experience — from needs clarification and active sourcing through to contract signing
Close collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
Active candidate sourcing via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals)
Conducting interviews (phone, virtual, and inperson) and performing structured candidate assessments
Supporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruiting events
Coordinating and supporting the onboarding process for new employees
Ownership and coordination of cross?functional HR and recruiting projects
Supporting the implementation of IT projects within the HR / recruiting environment
Analysis and continuous optimization of recruiting processes and tools
Your profile
Completed degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in HR / recruiting
Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems is desirable
Strong communication skills, discretion, a structured working style, and enthusiasm for learning new things and actively shaping processes
Very good command of German, Italian, and English
Willingness to travel between our locations in Unterinn, Bolzano, and Vintl

In accordance with EU Directive ******** on pay transparency, the starting salary for this position is €37,000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package may be adjusted accordingly.
