Would you like to join us, and move people further? /p h3Business Process System Support - SKF Automotive Business Italy /h3 pThis role is for you who are motivated to ensure business continuity and driving operational excellence in logistics across the EMEA region. Through proactive system and process support, standardization, and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in keeping logistics operations running smoothly and efficiently. /p pHere you will support both in-house and outsourced logistics operations, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and robust daily execution. Acting as a central link, you will connect users, local operations, and central system teams to translate operational needs into reliable, scalable solutions. /p pDo you enjoy working at the intersection of logistics, systems, and processes? If so, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to stable operations, continuous improvement, and a consistent way of working across the EMEA logistics landscape. /p h3What you can expect in the role /h3 pbSystem and Process Support /b /p ul liCoordinate between logistics users, local operations, and central logistics systems (e.g., WASS, DWM, WMS). /li liEnsure system availability and performance for logistics operations by coordinating problem analysis and user support. /li liEnsure robust daily operations through proper service coverage, training, and continuous maintenance and optimization of logistics systems aligned with operational workflows. /li liTranslate business needs into IT requirements and implement system, process, and hardware-related improvements in close alignment with central and cross-functional stakeholders, including setting standards for logistics-specific hardware.



/li /ul pbProject and Change Management /b /p ul liContribute to logistics-related processes and software development initiatives, including requirement gathering, testing, and go-live support. /li liEngage with international project teams and working groups focused on logistics improvement and system landscape transformation. /li liIdentify fit and gaps in the logistics system landscape and define test setups, including supplying and ordering systems, while supporting business in User Acceptance. /li liSupport the rollout of new tools and process enhancements across EMEA sites, ensuring operational needs are translated and anchored with central IT (e.g., SAP). /li /ul pbData, Reporting Analysis /b /p ul liDesign operational reports and perform in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements /li liTranslate insights into actionable improvement measures aligned with business goals and customer expectations. /li /ul pbStandardisation Best Practices /b /p ul liPromote and facilitate harmonization of logistics processes and systems across EMEA. /li liDevelop, maintain, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). /li liIncorporate local input and best practices into regional and global process frameworks. /li /ul pbTraining /b /p ul liHarmonize skill levels across EMEA functions and standardize the way of working /li liTrain and coach logistics and system users to ensure effective and compliant system usage. /li /ul h3You will enjoy working here if you have /h3 ul liRelevant academic background in Business Informatics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent background. /li liSeveral years of experience in logistics operations or systems/process support, preferably in an international environment.



/li liSolid knowledge of logistics IT systems (WMS, TMS, WASS, or equivalent). /li liExperience with Astro (Consafe) and SAP Modules such as EWM is a strong plus /li liPractical experience in project management, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination. /li liSolid analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. /li liSKF Standard process Policy, System Landscape, Project Management /li liFluent in English; German, French, or another European language is a strong plus. /li /ul h3If you want to go further /h3 pThis position is located at Airasca, Italy.
