As an Associate in our Global Markets – Finance Regulatory practice, you will work on equity capital markets transactions and regulatory matters for issuers, shareholders, and financial institutions. You’ll collaborate across disciplines and offices on complex, cross-border matters, guiding listed companies through ongoing governance and regulatory requirements. - Assisting listed companies with ongoing corporate and regulatory matters

- Supporting and supervising junior team members where appropriate

- Degree in Law with excellent academic record
- Minimum 3 years PQE in equity capital markets, listed companies regulation and related corporate matters
- Experience at a leading Italian or international law firm
