We are looking for a b Clinical Application Analyst – Pharmacy /b with a strong clinical background and experience working as a b Hospital Pharmacist /b , who can combine their healthcare expertise with an understanding of clinical information systems and customer needs. /pp In this role, you will become a subject matter expert for pharmacy-related workflows and an important point of contact for customers. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to understand their processes, identify the best-fit solution and support the successful adoption of InterSystems products. /pp The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of b clinical practice, healthcare technology and customer consultancy /b , contributing to implementations that can improve the way healthcare organisations deliver care. b The role requires a willingness and availability to travel to customer sites as required. /b /p pb Key Responsibilities /b – /pulli Work closely with customers to understand their pharmacy workflows, clinical processes and business requirements. /lili Act as a subject matter expert for pharmacy-related functionality and provide guidance on the effective use and implementation of InterSystems solutions. /lili Assess customer requirements and advise on the best-fit standard solution, minimising unnecessary customer-specific developments. /lili Conduct customer workshops, training sessions and presentations, communicating complex concepts clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences. /lili Support customers in maximising the benefits of InterSystems solutions and adopting effective and standardised processes. /lili Translate clinical and business requirements into clear functional specifications and documentation. /lili Contribute to business process mapping and the analysis of existing customer workflows. /lili Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical, technical, product and implementation teams. /lili Support software testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet agreed clinical and functional requirements. /lili Keep up to date with new product developments and understand how new functionality can support customer needs.
/lili Build strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and confidently communicate recommendations and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. /lili Travel to customer sites as required to support workshops, implementations, training and other customer-facing activities. /li /ul pb Must Have /b – /pulli University degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline. /lili At least 1** years of experience working as a Hospital Pharmacist**, with a strong understanding of clinical and pharmacy processes. /lili Experience working within a b hospital pharmacy environment /b . /lili Experience with b Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems /b . /lili Good understanding of Hospital Information Systems, Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and Clinical Information Systems. /lili Experience interacting directly with customers and/or healthcare professionals, including clinicians. /lili Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to confidently articulate and communicate ideas. /lili Experience delivering training, workshops and/or presentations. /lili Experience contributing to multidisciplinary teams and working collaboratively with different stakeholders. /lili Experience writing functional documentation and mapping business processes. /lili Good understanding of Information Systems and healthcare technology. /lilib Willingness and availability to travel /b to customer sites as required. /li /ul pb Nice to Have /b – /pulli Experience communicating with key stakeholders at different levels within healthcare organisations, including public and/or private sector organisations. /lili Previous experience implementing software or healthcare technology solutions. /lili Previous experience in an application, configuration or clinical systems specialist role. /lili Experience working in a customer-facing IT or healthcare technology environment. /lili Experience with change management and supporting users through the adoption of new systems and processes. /lili Experience conducting software testing and supporting validation activities. /lili Strong general computer skills and confidence working with digital tools. /li /ul pb AI Competencies /b – /pulli Comfortable using digital and AI-enabled tools to support research,
