You will work closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to understand their processes, identify the best-fit solution and support the successful adoption of InterSystems products. /pp The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of b clinical practice, healthcare technology and customer consultancy /b , contributing to implementations that can improve the way healthcare organisations deliver care. b The role requires a willingness and availability to travel to customer sites as required. /b /p pb Key Responsibilities /b – /pulli Work closely with customers to understand their pharmacy workflows, clinical processes and business requirements. /lili Act as a subject matter expert for pharmacy-related functionality and provide guidance on the effective use and implementation of InterSystems solutions. /lili Assess customer requirements and advise on the best-fit standard solution, minimising unnecessary customer-specific developments. /lili Conduct customer workshops, training sessions and presentations, communicating complex concepts clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences. /lili Support customers in maximising the benefits of InterSystems solutions and adopting effective and standardised processes. /lili Translate clinical and business requirements into clear functional specifications and documentation. /lili Contribute to business process mapping and the analysis of existing customer workflows. /lili Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical, technical, product and implementation teams. /lili Support software testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet agreed clinical and functional requirements. /lili Keep up to date with new product developments and understand how new functionality can support customer needs.
