This is a permanent position where you will have the opportunity to influence Electrolux and AEG media strategy and performance in Italy for both awareness and conversion media campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team, D2C and E-commerce teams to execute impactful campaigns and drive measurable results, as well as with external media agency and Stockholm HQ. /ph3Location /h3pThe role is based in Assago. /ph3What you’ll do: /h3ulliDevelopment and execution of annual media strategies for both Electrolux and AEG brands across awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns. /liliResponsible for the day-to-day management of media planning, execution, processes, and budgets to ensure campaign effectiveness and business growth. /liliAssist in the execution and optimization of Google Search and Display campaigns Pmax to drive brand awareness and conversions. /liliAssist in the execution and optimization of social media campaigns on TikTok and Meta (Facebook Instagram), ensuring alignment with campaign goals. /liliAssist in the execution and optimization of Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display, DSP Programmatic Linkin and Linkout).



/liliSupport the execution and monitoring of affiliate marketing campaigns with the primary goal of driving sales. /liliDrive regular analysis of campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. /li /ulh3Who you are: /h3ulliSolid experience in digital marketing, media strategy and execution, media plans management and knowledge of media landscape and media metrics. /liliExperience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads Manager, TikTok is required. /liliFamiliarity with affiliate programs is a plus (like AWIN or TradeDoubler). /liliStrong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with teams and media agency. /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. /liliEager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. /liliFluent in Italian and English.
