/p h3What you need to succeed at XPO /h3 h3Experience Knowledge /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of experience in road transportation, with a strong focus on international FTL operations.
/li liProven knowledge of the international carrier network.
/li liSolid understanding of transportation market dynamics and subcontracting processes.




/li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liFluent English, both written and spoken.
/li liKnowledge of Eastern European languages will be considered a plus.
/li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
/li /ul h3It would be great if you also have /h3 ul liStrong negotiation skills.
/li liExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
/li liThe ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
/li liStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

/li /ul h3What you will do on a typical day /h3 ul liManage a portfolio of international clients at an operational level.
/li liOversee subcontracting activities within the international FTL network.
/li liDevelop and maintain a reliable carrier network aligned with business needs and transport flows.
/li liEnsure profitability optimization across all assigned activities.
/li liSupport the implementation and adoption of digital tools among subcontracted suppliers.
/li liAssist in the onboarding and approval of new carriers by collecting and validating the required transportation documentation.
/li liSupport the FTL Carrier Representative Manager in defining strategies and driving new operational initiatives.
