/p p The role reports to the Industrial Engineer Supervisor and is based in Colico, (Italy).
/p pbu Roles and Responsibilities: /u /b /pulli Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
/lili Technical and operational support to Manufacturing Manager and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing teams.
/lili Manage the budget for capital investments and tooling.
/lili Industrial project coordination, including installation, commissioning, and start-up of new machinery equipment and production systems.
/lili Monitor and analyze production costs (overhead analysis with regular monitoring, reporting, and variance analysis) and identify costs arising from non-conformities.
/lili Supplier and non-conformity cost management, including identification and recovery of costs related to supplier-related quality issues.
/lili Manage the production time-tracking system.
/lili Performance management and KPI analysis, supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
/lili Generate and analyze operational statistics and reports.
/lili Contractor supervision and HSE compliance, ensuring coordination, regulatory adherence, and safe execution of external activities.
/li /ul pbu Qualifications Experience: /u /b /pulli Bachelor's degree in engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
/lili Continuous improvement mindset,



with a strong interest in automation and process optimization.
/lili Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques.
/lili Strong communication, time management and problem solving skills.
/lili Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and investment analysis in a manufacturing context.
/lili Familiarity with HSE regulations and contractor management in an industrial environment.
/lili Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel).
/lili Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
/lili Previous technical experience in a manufacturing environment and/or the energy sector, preferably in an automation-related role would be considered as asset.
/li /ul pbu Must have Technical Competencies: /u /b /pulli Programming (coding).
/lili Industrial automation.
/lili Management of IT systems and network protocols.
/lili Knowledge of Angular, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, and C# .
